ABOUT OUR JURY
Tina Gregoric, M.Arch (AA Dist), b.1974, Kranj, Slovenia, 2000 graduated from Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, 2001 Master degree in Architecture with Distinction, DRL, Architectural Association, London, UK. From 2002 – 2004 a lecturer in architecture at the IGuW, Technische Univesitaet Graz, Austria. Since 2014 full-professor and Head of the Department for Building theory and Design, Institute of Architecture and Design, Vienna University of Technology, Austria.
Fabio Ferri, after getting a PhD. in Byzantine Civilization, worked as Teacher Assistant for the University of Milan in the Faculty of Cultural Heritage. In 2005 started his adventure in the publishing business; since then, he has worked for different companies, with a preference for Art and Educational books. At present, he is Head of Multimedia in the educational department of Mondadori, the leading publishing house in Italy.
For many years now, he has grown an interest in access to education for all and environmental awareness, becoming an active member of various associations.
Paul Davies has a wide range of interests in architectural history, regularly contributing since 2012 to the AR ‘Reputations’ feature on the subject of Craig Ellwood, Albert Speer, Filippo Brunelleschi, Walter Gropius, Louis Sullivan, John Lautner, Adolf Loos, Howard Roark and Venturi Scott Brown.
He is best known for his fascination for Las Vegas through the 1990’s, and is widely published. Other than architectural biography he writes regularly on the more marginal aspects of city life.
